  • SD/MMC CF adapter. Allows you to plug an SD, SM, MS or MMC card into a BrailleNote PK's compact flash slot Cost: $22 .
  • Motorola HF820 hands-free Bluetooth speaker. This unit is approximately 3 inches high by 2 inches wide and resembles a small cell phone with belt clip. Although it is intended for use as a hands-free speaker phone for the car, it works as a wireless speaker for the BrailleNote if you have the appropriate Bluetooth audio dongle/adapter on the BrailleNote. Cost: $62, mWave part number: 3755916.
  • Talking Thermostat: a Playback report on the talking thermostat. Visit Talking Thermostat website
  • iCombi AG12 Bluetooth dongle is about 1 inch square and a half an inch thick. It has a short coily cord with an l-shaped audio jack. It has a charging port and a two position slide switch for off and on. It will provide a connection with most Bluetooth headphones including stereo.
  • Oakley O Rokr sunglasses (can be ordered from Sendero, call 888-757-6810 to order) are classy looking with Bluetooth ear pieces which can fit snugly in the ear or can be swiveled to be close but not obscuring hearing. They connect to a phone or to an audio dongle for use with an audio device like the BrailleNote, Braille Sense or Pac Mate or with an audio ATM for that matter.
