Sendero Group Chat RoomThe Sendero Group On-line Conference Room is a voice and text chat room for discussion of Sendero products. This is a private room for authorized customers and Sendero staff only. Once you click the "Enter Chat Room" link below, a new page will load. If you have not downloaded the new software you will need to find the "download" button and click it. This will start the download and installation process. The installation is very straight forward. Once you install the software you should not need to re-install it. To enter the chat room find the link on this page "Click here to enter in the room." When you click that link you will be placed in a dialog box, Type in your name as you want to see it in the chat room and press tab. Then type the password and press enter. This will allow you access into the room. Don't forget to grant access to the chat room if you have a firewall enabled. You'll know you are in the room when you hear a jingle. Press the Control key to talk and release it to listen. Note, if you cannot be heard by others in the session, you may need to go to the Volume settings under Entertainment to turn up the volume or to activate the microphone.
